The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

An ideal location for walking enthusiasts and cyclists with quaint public houses and the market town of Cowbridge within a five minute drive . The Annex is all on one level.

We’re located towards the end of a quiet private road, private access, on drive parking and with easy train links to Cardiff & London. A Kitchen, central heating, full size double bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress & fibre speed WiFi. The shower room contains a toilet, basin and a drenching thermostatic rain shower. Bus routes serve the local coastal area.

Lovely one bedroom apartment on the first floor with stunning sea views from the sitting room. Resident parking permit available on request. King sized bed, ensuite bathroom, comfy seating plus well equipped kitchen and dining area. Weekly breaks Friday to Friday available during the spring and summer season.
