A spacious and bright 45 m² studio located in the heart of Pärnu, overlooking the Town Hall. It’s perfect for those who want to stay close to cafés, shops, the theatre and main attractions, while still enjoying peace and quiet — the apartment faces the courtyard and the building is calm. Kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction stove, dishes, pans, and utensils — perfect for cooking at home. Dining area with a round table can also serve as a workspace — guests say it’s great both for meals and laptop use. Living area includes a sofa bed (140×200), large flat-screen TV, and a cozy atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea or exploring the city. Sleeping area features a large, soft bed (160×200) with two pillow sets and fresh-smelling linens that guests frequently mention. Blackout curtains ensure good rest even during the day. Bathroom is spacious and bright, with all essentials — a comfortable place to refresh and unwind. The apartment offers fast Wi-Fi and free courtyard parking (subject to availability).
