Rummet har en liten balkong mot gatan, eget badrum med värmegolv, AC för värme och kyla. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag. OBS! då råder parkering förbud från onsdag kväll.

Se trata de un Pueblo pequeño, de unos 3.000 habitantes. Disponemos de Barbacoa. También de cocina, totalmente equipada y de la que se debe abonar una pequeña cantidad por su uso y por persona y dia.

L'habitació compta amb terrassa solarium, bany privat, televisió i aire condicionat. Oferim servei de desdejuni (inclòs al preu) a la cafetería situada a la planta baixa. El local guanyà el premi al millor projecte d'interiorisme de la Comunitat Valenciana l'any 2016. La platja es troba a 10 minuts a peu.
