Secluded Casita in Wine Region

The Casita is a separate building next to our home. Its unique design with saltilo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space. Close to Orfila winery, and San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq and pool in our shared back yard space, available for our guests only, upon request. This space is not offered for parties, or gatherings, sorry.

At night, marvel at the star-filled skies — one of the area’s most magical features. Your private retreat awaits in “Serenity,” a beautifully appointed 30ft Airstream. Spend your days lounging in the cozy teepee daybed, or soaking in the hot tub stargazing under open skies. As evening falls, curl up with a glass of wine by the fire on our expansive floating deck.

The Wood Pile Inn getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.

Fresh air, no crowds, nice local trails. Local wineries and restaurants are tasty. Wifi is great. TV with Roku indoors; bluetooth speakers on the deck, and cows in the pasture. It’s a peaceful get-away!
