This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

The studio is fully private with it's own private entrance though we live on the premises with our two kids. Close to the 101 and 405 freeways, with easy access to Downtown LA, Beaches, Hollywood, Universal Studios, public transportation, and CSUN. Convenient to Van Nuys Flyaway for LAX access. Please take a moment to read all of our listing information. CHECK IN TIME IS BETWEEN 1PM -6PM FIRM. Because of L.A. city regulations we cannot accommodate 3 adults. The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. Meticulously cleaned & filled with amenities! Walking distance grocery store & eateries. Universal is 7.5 miles away. Host is onsite.

Delightful 2-bedroom home in a quiet Van Nuys neighborhood. Relax in the spacious living area or enjoy smart TVs in the living room and master bed. The lush backyard has mature fruit trees, plus gas & charcoal grills for grilling on the incredible patio with AppleTV/projector. Well equipped full kitchen. Easy street & driveway parking available. Day bed includes additional pull out mattress & multiple inflatable mattresses also available. Washer/dryer combo in the bathroom closet.

Easy street parking. There are a couple of steps down into the Studio. And again into the shower. Recently added an EV charger to driveway, which you are welcome to use with prior arrangement. A Charming, independent space. Only a short drive to Ventura Blvd which offered the best dining the Valley has to offer. Half a dozen eateries within walking distance. Located 15 minutes from Hollywood and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. A lovely place to relax after a fun filled day.

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.
