If you need anything, however, I can respond quickly with solutions. Your concerns are my concerns and I welcome any and all feedback – my goal is to provide an optimal customer experience. This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Gear up for the day with a morning beverage on the treehouse terrace, then relax in the soaking tub, or take a break under vaulted ceilings of the airy living room after a day of LA sightseeing. Contemporary artwork and a bold bedroom mural contrast with a sleek kitchen and crisp, white walls. This is a very special space; large, bright, modern and very private. A free-standing building nestled behind our Spanish revival home in a quiet Burbank neighborhood. Vaulted ceiling with skylight. Brand new bathroom with rain-shower and soaker tub. Large living room and kitchenette space and a huge bedroom with plenty of storage. There is dedicated wi-fi and a comfortable office area. The house is filled with artwork from LA artists, to bring a little of the LA streets to the comforts of Burbank. Guests will have access to dedicated Internet Wi-fi, Roku TV, Netfix, Amazon and HBO, outdoor dining area BBQ. A washer and dryer are available if needed. The guesthouse is a separate free-standing building located behind the main house with a private, keyless entrance. We live in the main house. We look forward to meeting you! Our guesthouse is perfect for industry people needing to be close to the frenetic energy of Hollywood, but who still like the peace and quiet of a private retreat. For those looking to explore Los Angeles, we are close to the studios, shopping, Griffith Park, public transit and all major thoroughfares. There is one queen sized bed with a memory foam topper. An additional single bed can be added to the room if needed. The guesthouse has a separate kitchen area, however it is not a full kitchen. There is no stove or range. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. At this time we do not accept long term guests.

Bella's Suite is a cozy, quiet, poolside getaway.

Bella's suite feels like a tropical getaway with its soothing earth tone décor. You immediately feel like you are home. There's a full kitchen, a beautiful rain shower, a very comfortable memory foam queen bed, 2 Roku TVs, a dining table, and a dedicated workspace in the bedroom. You can relax by the pool located next to the suite. Both inside & outside of Bella's Suite are supremely well-kept and cleaned after each stay. It is blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and major freeways.

Unwind in our studio guesthouse, tucked away in a peaceful backyard retreat with a large private pool, cabana, massage chair, and hot tub. A beautiful and well maintained Tranquil Studio/ With a Private Patio. Entire Studio to yourselves. 2 guests. 1 queen bed..1 queen/futon couch, with lovely bed linens and plush towels. 1 tub/shower.Futon made up on request at the time of booking. Full kitchen with everything you’d need to make delicious meals. 55” TV/ DVDs Washer/dryer...please bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets. The gorgeous private patio has plenty of space to relax and enjoy your meals, or just hang out.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Tucked away in a peaceful setting with lush landscaping is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of LA. The Contemporary Cottage has the charm of a country cottage on the outside, with a fresh, contemporary design on the inside with a full kitchen. Or, fire up the patio grill and have a barbecue in a shady garden overlooking your private pool. OPTION: $50 to heat the pool, plus $50 per day to keep the pool heated during your stay, with a 2-day minimum.

Historic LA Oasis with outdoor courtyard

This is a private, detached casita, steps from the famed Hollywood Bowl. It sleeps up to 3 people max - 1 queen bed upstairs and twin couch that converts into single bed in first floor living room. The casita is 2-stories, 780 sq. ft with AC, full bath & kitchen, living room and outdoor patio area. This historic home dates back to the early 1900s and sits within a larger compound that consists of a main house that is occupied by your Hosts.

This sophisticated retreat offers complete privacy. Guests enter property from their own gate to self check-in to entire guest house.
