Not far from UAB, university of Alabama, Mercedez, JM Smucker, coal mines and other companies to work at. The queen bed is memory foam and super comfortable! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, updated home just 7 minutes from the University. Centrally located yet in a super quiet, safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of students and university activities. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, including a fridge with ice maker, cookware, dishes, coffee makers (both kinds), blender, mixer, toaster microwave, etc. We have ATT fiber internet (very fast) and smart TVs with dish network plus a sports extra package.
