A plaza and community center closed by too (5 mins walk), included with Subway, Shoppers Drug mart, Safeway, coffee shop and liquor store. Huge soccer field, Golf nearby too.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. I have a beautiful back yard with lots of space and room to sit and relax, we have a comfy porch swing facing the park next door. We have a comfy living/dining room with 55” Roku tv and a lovely red leather sectional. We have laundry, full kitchen, and welcome small dogs. I have a chihuahua. Smoking is allowed outside only in the beautiful fully fenced yard.
