The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

The house of our grandparents named by our grandmother Dimitra is restored with perfect care to details from Dilaveraki Family! We kept the feeling and the energy of the Cretan spirit with natural materials of stone floor and wooden roof! The open dining and kitchen area is set with all the comforts to prepare your meals and enjoy them on the big family table of the house! The bedroom of the house is a room full of sunlight! Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.

Οur house is located in a small traditional village name Drapanias just 10 minutes away from sea! In the winter the house is welcoming with hot radiators and hot water . Our home can accommodate up to 3 people as it has a double bed and a sofa converting into bed, It also has fully equiped kitchen and a large veranda with furniture and with the possibility of barbequue.
