Large House on a Beautiful Seaside Nature Reserve

Situated on a nine acre nature reserve, with direct access to the beach and pristine sea views, our home is one of Denmark’s largest and most private summerhouses. The main house and annex, with multiple entertaining spaces, are surrounded by a large garden. A private path leads to the beach. Built as the seaside estate of the entrepreneur inventor of the egg box, our home is close to the resort towns of North Zealand; all the nightlife and culture of Copenhagen is under an hour's drive away.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Vackert hus på strandtomt med full havsutsikt

Härligt och rymligt hus hus direkt intill stranden i pittoreska Lerberget. En kort promenad och ni är nere vid havet och salta bad. Njut av promenader längs stranden. Ni har närhet till vackra Kullaberg, golfbanor, många varianter för bad och fiske i Mölle och Skälderviken. Besök Höganäs med keramik, saltglaserat och den omtalade saluhallen. Ni hittar många mysiga affärer, gårdsbutiker och trevliga restauranger. Här finns gott om möjligheter - allt från lugn och ro till äventyrligheter.

Behind the sea dike and with a private sandy beach only 25 meters from the entrance you will find a newly build/renovated (2020) holiday home. The name of the house is Kikket referring to the amazing views to the west over the sea and to the east over a large meadow. Terraces on three sides offers plenty outdoor options, while the 140m2 house gives you all the space you need for indoor activities. Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

Viken med fantastisk havsutsikt! Välkommen till en fräsch stuga med bäddade sängar. Städning, lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. Stugan är ca 20 kvm stor med litet pentry (spis 2 plattor och kylskåp med litet frysfack) badrum med dusch, handfat och toalett, matbord, soffa och våningssäng med 120 cm nere och en 80 cm bädd uppe. Stugan är nybyggd och ligger bredvid privatbostad, har egen uteplats, med stolar och bord, parasoll, torkställning samt egen parkering.

Cosy cottage near the beach

Our newly renovated cottage is located 150m from the beach with sea views in three directions. It is open plan with exposed roof beams upstairs. It benefits from a new kitchen, new bathroom and all mod-cons. It is well situated for all attractions of the Kullaberg peninsula, and just a stone throw from a nice swimming beach.
