ana pravca, Karst holiday home

Fully renovated typical old stone house in the Karst region of Slovenia (EU), because of the rich wines and scenery also called "Slovenian Tuscuny". Small farm village Dolenja vas (Sežana) is near famous Škocjan caves, stud farm Lipica, Postojna caves and just 30 minutes by car from Trieste, Slovenian coast and 45 from Ljubljana. In Karst dialect "ana pravca" means "one fairy-tale" and Ana is also the name of the owner of the property. The house has 4 independent units with 4 bathrooms. Guests of the house are welcomed to use kitchen, dinning room and garden for relaxing or having a picnic. The house can be rent as a whole, for maximum 15 persons (10+5). A family suite has one bedroom with a double bed and second, children bedroom with 2 separate beds. In the living room the extra bed for 2 is a sleeping sofa. The suite has a bathroom with a shower and it's own separate entrance. The suite with a private terrace on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2. It has a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are also two rooms. First, spacious room with a bed for 2 and an additional sleeping sofa for 2, has a private terrace and a bathroom with a tub. The second, relaxation room has also a bathroom with a tub.

The Willow Apartment with a sauna

The Willow Apartment is located in quiet and green environment, just 1 minute from Ljubljana-Koper motorway exit, only 10 km from Postojna and just 35 km (20 min) from Ljubljana. It is an apartment inside a separate house and my house is the neighbouring one. You have a private entrance. We offer big free parking space. The apartment is ideal for couples and families because of our large garden. A SAUNA inside the ap., an outdoor hot tub (extra fee) and a seasonal outdoor pool (summer) are 🔝!

Apartment is near forest where you can take long walks. It has separate entrance, bedroom for 3 persons and sofa bed in living room for 2 persons. Kitchen included. Tourist tax is NOT included (2 EUR per person per night). Pets are allowed for extra 10 EUR per day per each pet. Apartment is suitable for old people and disabled - wheelchair accessible.Available is also baby bed for additional payment 10 Eur per one day. Welcome to our apartment. You have all you need and you are close to the main city attractions (15 min WALK distance to Postojna cave) and city centre (5 min), shopping centre, bus station (5 min). Music bar for coffee and drinks, street food 50 m away. First Pizzeria (Čuk) 100 m away. We love our house. It provides good energy, peaceful feeling and comfort, it always did. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
