Perfect for nature lovers, this ecological retreat beside our wildflower meadow is the perfect place to unwind. Our unique former water reserve in the grounds of our C18 wine chateau has been lovingly transformed into a 32m2 off-grid bed and breakfast suite with a king bed, shower room/toilet, private terrace and equipped outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy all of our other facilities including our stunning heated pool and grounds. Not suitable for children, pets or those with reduced mobility.

Maison d'Amis

The perfect tranquil destination for family or friends, this charming 17th century traditional stone cottage offers delightful accommodation for up to six people. Hidden away at the end of a quiet country lane in southern Charente, it is situated along the lower southern boundary of Les Chauvins, with its own entrance and private courtyards to front and back. A large pool nestles within the stone walls of a former barn and the grounds offer ample places to play, relax and enjoy the views.

Elle se situe au coeur d'un charmant petit village dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant. Datant du XVIIe siècle, elle mêle le charme de l'ancien (planchers chêne, cheminées...) au confort moderne et à la décoration actuelle. Joli studio dans un charmant petit village

C'est un petit appartement de type studio d'une trentaine de mètres carrés au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison typique de la région. Situé au cœur de la campagne vous y trouverez calme et verdure. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour devant le studio avec l'espace repas sous les toiles d'ombrage, un barbecue est à votre disposition. La piscine n'est plus fonctionnelle malheureusement

Cottage rénové avec piscine partagée et terrasse

"La Petite Valade", Gîte/Maison d'hôte, rénové, de deux chambres avec terrasse privative et BBQ. Le gîte fait partie de la propriété principale "La Valade". Situé en Dordogne dans le Périgord Vert. A 5 min de Verteillac, 20 min de Riberac, 30 min de Brantome et Bourdeilles, 50 min de Périgueux et Angoulême et 1h15 de Bergerac. Le gîte est en environnement paisible et arboré avec vue en hauteur sur les champs vallonnés.
