Relax on the sleek leather sofa in the spacious, airy living area of this updated apartment in a historic building next to the Opera House of Rome.. Pocket doors and an al fresco-style mural evoke a vintage feel amid period and modern furnishings. The kitchen is fully modernized. Offering access to shared amenities like a laundry room with a dryer, an exercise room, and a sauna free of charge. You will have at your disposal the whole apartment with large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom adn large living room with kitchenette. There is also a master bathroom. Amenities: - wi fi internet connection - air conditioning - heating - Tv - dishwasher - water kettle - toaster - oven - microwave oven - induction stove Please contact me 2 days before arrival and fix appointment for your check in! Perfect location for sight seeing and food experience as well. The apartment is located next to Palazzo del Viminale. Historic attractions, including Piazza Venezia, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, are easily accessible. Termini railway station is a 10-minute walk away. You will be able to reach most of the historical sites walking. The apartment is located in 10 minutes walking distance from the Termini Station and in 2 minutes walking from the metro stop Repubblica. Please note the apartment is located in a residential building where we need to respect house rules. Parties are not permitted We do not accept pets.

Fantastic apartment in Monti, near Colosseum

This charming, and newly renovated, apartment is on the top floor. Down the street from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum in the Monti neighborhood of Rome. It is near all of the sites and wonderful restaurants, yet tucked away for peace and quiet. It is fully equipped for all your needs with new appliances and furniture. It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is one bedroom, a loft, and a living room with sofa bed. It is the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Rome.
