Amazing house located at Niemeyer avenue in Leblon, one of the coolest neighborhood in Rio, 5 minutes away from Leblon beach by bus/van/taxi or 20 minutes walking. The house has 2 suites and 3 bedrooms; 1 single bedrooms, 1 twin room and 1 quadruple room; 5 rooms and 9 beds total. It´s a residencial condo in an exceptional quiet location, car isn´t needed because there is a bus stop where you can take buses to Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Downtown, Barra, etc.... 50 meters away from the house entrance, nevertheless, there are two parking spots available just in case you come by car or decide to rent one. Situated between the Two Brothers Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean, this house is at a perfect location to all Rio´s south zone hot spots; Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana are "right around the corner", Enjoy the day in the city and relax looking at the sea at the end of the day in this exceptional house. Check-in and check-out can be flexible, if there is no incoming guests on the same day. The niemeyer avenue in one way street towards Leblon from 6:30 to 10:30am monday to friday.
