The apartment is in the best place in Roskilde. Close to the street with shops, close to parks with green areas and a walk to the harbour, where you can swim. The apartment is lovely, neat and clean, located on the 1st floor with a French balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment contains a hallway, kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. A bedroom with a double bed. Living room with dining area, TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The last room is locked off, may not be used.

Enjoy the sunrise with breath taking panoramic views overlooking part of “Skjoldungernes Land" National Park, (Land of the legends) Come close to nature just 30 min from Copenhagen, in the middle of the Viking saga. Peaceful retreat with access to private toilet and outdoor shower, bbq, fireplace, heated pool. Great opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or paddle-boarding in nearby lakes and fjords.

Helt ny luksus seng fra auping 160 cm bred. Lejligheden ligger tæt på havnen, 700 m fra stationen og med folkeparken i baghaven. dejlig have som man er velkommen til at bruge. Der er gulvvarme i udestuen foruden biopejsen så hele lejligheden er lun og varm om vinteren. God rabat ved længerevarende ophold.

Annex near center of Roskilde

Annex with kitchenette, double bed (140 cm width) and bathroom with shower. Own entrance. Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.

Dejligt gæstehus på 35 m2 Lille badeværelse, med meget lille brusebad. Fint lille køkken med køleskab og der er KUN mulighed for at lave morgenmad. Stort rum med dobbeltseng 140x200. Sofa og tv. Spiseplads til 2 personer. Huset ligger i et roligt område, tæt på Roskilde og ca. 300 meter til strand med badebro. I nærheden er der også 2 restauranter. Ca 2,5 km til indkøbs muligheder Huset ligger vores baghave, hvor vi selv opholder os.

There are 6 beds and 2 beedrooms. All new. Small kitchen where you can sit, lounge, tv with few channels. Free wifi. Small balcony where you get up to the apartment 3-4 seating. Bathroom with shower. Bright and quiet apartment near trains/center. Bedsheets is not included but can be rent for 130 dkr pr person. Cleaning is not included, but can be bought for 650 dkr (you do dish youself)

Great charming house in Roskilde.

Lovely, charming 2 bedroom, 85 square meters house in the city of Roskilde. Close to popular tourist attractions, such as the harbor and the Viking museum. Walking distance to the center of Roskilde. You can also go to Boserup Forrest by car or bike. Otherwise there is a bus stop 2 minutes away. During your stay there is free wifi and private parking lot.

Charmerende lille hus i fredelige omgivelser på landet, med udsigt til sø fra stuen. Indeholder køkken/stue med sovesofa, soveværelse med 2 sovepladser, badeværelse samt entre. Lille separat have med ugenert terrasse. Hunde tilladt dog max 2 stk. Kan efter aftale løbe løs på hele grunden. Rygning i huset er ikke tilladt men skal foregå udendørs.
