Cozy mountain house in a quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Boone and ASU. Enjoy the beautiful western sunsets of the mountains while relaxing in the porch swing. Home has fully equipped kitchen. Living room has cable tv, WiFi and fireplace. Property has wonderful shade trees to kick back under and enjoy the surrounding farm land and cattle. In addition to the king & queen bedrooms, there is an upstairs loft area with a queen bed adjacent to the bathroom, as well as a recently renovated full basement with a set of bunk beds, a queen bed, and a large sectional sofa and TV. This is a perfect spot for kids or teens!
