Our luxurious apartment is newly built, located in the heart of Viljandi's Old Town. 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen bed) for peaceful sleep. Fully furnished kitchen for cooking. Lake Viljandi is just a peaceful walk away. Most restaurants and cafe's are within 10 minute walking distance. High chair, children's cutlery, children's potty, small bathtub, toys, 2 baby cribs are all available on request.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Castle Hills Apartment

Stay in the freshly designed studio with the best (and very private) location in Viljandi and enjoy your morning coffee among medieval castle ruins. Located on the 3rd floor of a newly renovated building situated in the Old Town, next to the Castle Hills and the main access to the lake (and a small beach). Perfect for couples and families accommodating up to 4 guests. Enjoy the spacious kitchen, comfortable bed, sofa bed, wardrobe and plenty of natural light.

1-toaline korter asub Viljandi vanalinnas esimesel korrusel, 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Viljandi järvest. Lähim pood asub 400 meetri kaugusel. Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Teie kasutuses on ka maja taga asuv grillinurk. Mahutab 2 külalist (voodi 140x200cm).Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav või Viljandi järve parkla. Korter asub tänava ääres.

Renovated bright apartment with all the comfortable amenities in historical house from 1909 right in Old Town. Sights, groceries, bars, restaurants, cafes, theatre and cinema are located only within few minutes walk away. Enjoy the view right at the city center from the tower of the house as the tower is living room's extension.

Sunset Cabin Estonia

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.

Avar korter Lossimägede jalamil

Korter asub väga heas asukohas, kui soovid peatuda Viljandi lossimägede või Ugala teatri läheduses, ka Viljandi järve rand jääb kõigest 15 minuti jalutuskäigu kaugusele. Korter asub hiljuti rekonstrueeritud korterelamus teisel korrusel hoovipoolses osas, hoones pole lifti.
