L’abitazione è fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato ZTL ma vicina al centro storico, al Tribunale e a Villa D’Este (800m) Troverete wi-fi fibra, cucina completamente attrezzata, aria condizionata, un efficiente sistema di riscaldamento, wireless charger e un’area esterna privata e esclusiva con barbecue in muratura. A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

The apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate max 4 people and has of 2 bedrooms, a livingroom with kitchen corner a bathroom with shower and a large parking. Fai un tuffo nel passato in questo spazio unico ricco di storia. La Casa di Lu’ si trova a Tivoli, Piazza D. Tani, nel centro storico medievale. E’ una piazza molto antica le cui memorie possono essere datate all’epoca romana. La casa, ubicata all’interno di Palazzo Coccanari, edificio storico della metà del XVI sec.,, è stata recentemente ristrutturata mantenendo, però, i segni storici, per far assaporare ai nostri ospiti un'atmosfera di altri tempi.
