Casa Loma - independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

The garden features a diverse collection of cacti, succulents, and other drought-tolerant plants native to the Canary Islands. Our tiny house Siempre Feliz "Escanfraga" is designed with great care in 2021. We have used comfort with style and elements of the island. Bakery Mi dulce Hogar is only 50 meters of the house. Several restaurants, the supermarket are 5 minutes walk. By car you reach the beaches of El Cotillo, Corralejo within 10/15 minutes as well the nice layback Lajares. For surfing, hiking, exploring the island and to relax this is the perfect place to make memories. You will feel home away from home!
