Cosy Studio next to Paris LaDéfense

My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Dans une rue calme à 50m du centre ville, De nombreux commerces sont accessibles à pied. L'arrêt T4 est à 10 min à pied, Paris à 40min en RER. Accès A1 ( Disneyland) et A3 (Paris) à 5 min en voiture.

Townhouse 1 min walk to metro(subway)

Two-floor townhouse 60+ m2 with independent entrance at a quiet corner. Living room/kitchen/toilet/bathroom on the lower floor. 2 bedrooms/cloakroom/toilet on the upper floor. 1 minute by foot (or 50 meters) to metro 11 ( La Dhuys), then 15 mins to “republique” or 20 mins to “chatelet”- two major hubs in Paris center. Not in Paris city, but a suburb town with multi-culturel community called Montreuil. **NO private parking, NOT recommended coming with a car. Sorry, but like to be honest **

My house is at the back of a plant-lined courtyard. There are 2 bedrooms: - a large room with 1 double-bed queen size + 1 simple bed with a desk - a cosy little room with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower and toilets. Large living room, open fully equiped kitchen. Welcome for musicians : There is a piano at home! Important detail: My cat lives at home. I ask you to take good care of him (feed him and clean his litter). A parking is possible at certain dates (20 €/night)

IL comporte 3 espaces : un séjour avec canapé -lit pour 2 pers et coin cuisine ; deux mezzanines : l'une pour un bel espace de travail et l'autre pour un espace nuit 2 pers. Salle de bain. Commerces, Cinéma et restaurants à 6-10 ', grand parc arboré à 2'. Marchés à 12' à pied. Un lieu idéal pour séjourner au calme à deux pas de Paris.

Porte de Paris, maison de 40m2 à 500 m du metro.

A 500 m du metro ligne 7 direct centre historique PARIS (Louvre, Opera, Chatelet), vous serez en 20mn dans le centre de PARIS. A 19mn en taxi de l'aéroport ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE. Charmante maison de 1920 de 40 m2 entièrement rénovée par une architecte. Quartier très calme et pavillonnaire, proches tous commerces. NETFLIX inclus. NB: je ne loue qu aux personnes ayant déjà des commentaires positifs sur airbnb. La piscine et la terrasse ne sont pas accessibles avec cette réservation.

Maisonnette calme proche Paris & CFPTS

Charmante maisonnette refaite à neuf en 2022, proche de Paris. À la fois au calme et proche de toutes commodités. Vous pourrez accéder à pied au centre ville et restaurants. Ne convient pas aux personnes âgées et aux enfants en bas âges car il y a des escaliers raides. Desservie par l'autoroute, le métro ligne 3 ( 10 mn à pied) et la ligne 11 ( 15 mn à pied) et à 8mn du tramway, vous serez en quelques minutes au centre de paris (30 mn). Nous sommes en banlieue Est collée à Paris.

The charm of an artist’s house in an oasis of nature. Designer by trade, I decorated this duplex according to my travels. It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen on the ground floor, and a beautiful room for 2 people upstairs with views of the garden. High-end bathroom and toilet freshly renovated. Brick house - Flea market

My lovely brick home is located next to Paris' Flea Market. The house stands in a private bucolic alley. The ground floor consists of the living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the garden-terrace. The second floor is made of two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. On the third floor, the attic has been turned into a large bedroom and wardrobe. You'll probably meet my friendly car, Moki !

Fully equipped, all commodities (market, bakery...) are easily accessible.
