Studio de 35m2 (25m2 en loi carrez + 10m2 de mezzanine) : parfait pour un couple ou une personne seule. Il est situé au deuxième et dernier étage sans ascenseur, côté cour, dans une résidence très calme. Il y a une grande TV avec abonnement Canal+, Netflix, Amazon,... L’appartement est à 5mn à pied des Buttes Chaumont, à 5mn à pied du Canal Saint Martin et du Canal de l’Ourcq, à 20mn à pied de la Villette. Le quartier est très vivant et vous trouverez tout ce qu’il vous faut à moins de 100m.

Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos courses quotidiennes et vos sorties. Totalement isolé et surtout sans nuisances sonores de la rue.
