Villa Aria is a modern and elegant villa located just 50 meters from the sea in the peaceful village of Klimno on the island of Krk. The pebble beach is approximately 50 meters from the house, and in the center of Klimno guests can also enjoy a well-maintained public (municipal) beach. The village also features a beach where dogs are allowed. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, there is an outdoor fitness area (trim trail), and a children’s playground is located in the village center.

My place is very close to the beach. Only two minutes away. It is great for couples and families which enjoy walks next to the beach or cycling. Near the apartment is restaurant, supermarket, bakery and even the dog beach. You will love my place because of the new furniture, TV, air condition and constant updating to make you feel satisfied. You can contact us at any time of the day. If you have a pet the pet fee is 5€/day which you pay in cash on the arrival day.
