Dotata di tutti i confort abitativi, dispone di ampio giardino recintato (300 mq), parcheggi auto privati e zona relax esterna per trascorrere serate in compagnia. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Unser gemütliches Tiroler Holz-Chalet bietet einen einzigartigen Charme und Platz für 6 Gäste: Ein Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Boxspringdoppelbett und Extra-TV, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 2 Stockbetten und auf der Empore gibt es zwei weitere Einzelbetten. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die große Terrasse mit grandioser Bergsicht bietet Gartenmöbel zum Essen und Relaxen. Für die Kinder gibt es eine Rutsche, ein Zaun hält kleine Kinder am Haus.

It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
