Enjoy incredible daytime views and dark skies at night, or just stroll around the property to see the goings on of a working farm. Access the Virgin River that is just a "stones throw away."

Access BLM trails right from the property for biking, etc., or stay here on the secluded backyard beach, soaking or tubing in the Virgin River. *So sorry, no pet policy is firm. **Owners live upstairs, overhead noise can occasionally be heard.
