Located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, walking distance to Rite-Aid pharmacy (& ice cream) it is ideal for traveling couples, solo travelers, or for business. Very close to grocery stores, a short drive to downtown, and near the 198 highway entrance. Sequoia National Park is up the highway, about a 45 minute drive to the entrance and about 90 min to General Sherman Tree. Truly the perfect place!

Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

Whether you are here to vacation, working, or simply passing by, this gorgeous and serene home is just what you need to kick back and relax after a long day. This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath home. Master suite has a king size bed with a walk in closet and a master bathroom with tub and walk in shower. The other two guests rooms have a queen size bed.

Church is a newly renovated 1940's home nestled in the heart of downtown Visalia. You are just a walk away from downtown, locally-owned eateries (we will provide you with our favorites!), enjoy the Wine Walk or maybe a Rawhide game. Visalia's Thursday afternoon Farmer's Market is also two blocks away!You will really enjoy this centrally-located place. Please be advised that there is a local business just a few doors down that feed those in need.
