Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Its elevated position allows for views across the valley and a patchwork of fields and woods beyond. This traditional Cornish stone barn retains many of its former features. The sandy north-coast surfing beaches, Port Issac, Tintagel, Eden project an easy drive away. A tranquil retreat awaits on return.

Brookdale House is full of Edwardian charm whilst offering all the modern-day amenities to compliment a relaxing stay. With WIFI throughout, parking for 2 cars, bike shed, laundry room, fully fitted modern kitchen with combined diner, separate utility room, 2 cosy sitting rooms (1 still has the original wrought iron fireplace), with bay windows overlooking the well manicured front garden, 3 bright and spacious double en-suite bedrooms (bedroom 3 having it's orginal wrought iron fireplace).

Greenhorn is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached cottage in the historic town of Padstow. It offers open plan living downstairs. We’ve furnished our place with comfort and style in mind and welcome families and pets (£25 fee). Brand new shower room fitted March 2025 and water pressure improved. Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.

A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.
