This 1980's 2 storey home boasts a large open plan entertaining area with large deck, 5 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms + ensuite. This unique property offers 2 outdoor entertaining areas, 2 kayaks (life jackets supplied) with plenty of parking including catering for boat parking and filleting bench within the secured property.

Our waterfront accommodation is a great place to relax and unwind conveniently located overlooking the picturesque Putiki Bay. Sit on the deck and watch the sunset across the bay. The bay is a tidal and is a great spot for kayaking, paddle-boarding and swimming at high tide. With private waterfront views, the cottage is in with in easy reach of the islands beaches and local amenities, with the Ostend market and supermarket only 10 min walk.
