Up a private right of way, set in native bush, this modernised cottage offers views of Waikawa Bay. Wake up to birdsong. Watch the tui flitting between the trees and maybe a weka crossing the lawn. Gaze at native bush and hills or watch the boats in the Bay. A wonderful place to chill out in the last of sun. Walking distance to bike tracks, the beach & marina/pub. A secluded treasure close to town and bay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close enough to Picton and Waikawa Bay yet far enough away to feel you are a long way from both. Perfect environment for peace and quiet, but also perfect central spot to explore Marlborough. Ample space for children and animals to play. Plenty of parking space, including a boat. Safe off road parking available in front of the cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac A short 3 minute drive to the Jolly Roger bar and restaurant located in the tranquil Waikawa Marina, second largest Marina in NZ. Stunning bush walks located close to the cottage, including a 25 min walk to Picton, Wakawa Marina and the scenic Mt Victoria. Just a 5min drive to either Ferry terminal, restaurants, bars and shopping in Picton High Street.
