Linric Fold - 2 Br cottage

Fully self contained 2 bdrm cottage on a lifestyle farm. (Tariff is for 2 people). We have a small herd of cattle, including 3 Scottish Highlands. The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. Aranga Farm Stay

Our property is a working beef farm, so you will hear and see daily activities. The section is fully fenced. The porch gives a nice view of the valley. The pool is available from mid December to mid March usually. Kai Iwi Lakes 20-25 minutes drive and the Maunganui Bluff Beach 10 minutes. Note: 4 km of metal road off S H 12 to reach the house. No Wifi/Good mobile phone reception/Free-view TV Dargaville is the closest place for shopping and eating out.

Our cabin is a cosy retreat set in our garden. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It is only 20 minutes from central Whangarei and 10 minutes from Kamo, Maungatapere and SH1 so if you are travelling it would be great a place to stay. Our garden cabin would be suitable for very good value medium to long term stays.
