Fishing, cricket, reading, puzzles, etc. For shops head 40 minutes North to Kaikoura or 30 minutes south to Cheviot for spectacular wines and art filled cafes. Please note: do not swim at the beach -the lagoon is best for summer swimming, located south of the cottage. (No pets).
