Kia ora. This is a family friendly fully fenced home. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Wakefield. There are 3 bedrooms; 1 superking size bed, 1 queen size bed, and a trundler bed which pulls out to make 2 single beds. Spacious lounge, 2 bathrooms, garaging for 1 car and 2 parks in front of garage. Large opening door onto the outdoor living area with a BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer No parties or smoking/vaping on property. 15 mins drive to Richmond, 25 mins to Nelson.

The Last Straw Cottage

Beautiful Boutique Straw Bale Cottage, completely private with 3 double bedrooms (sleeps 6 adults, plus 2 additional single beds and cot available) on a 16 acre farm in Brightwater, Nelson. Situated in the heart of wine country with beaches, rivers (fly fishing), cafes and cycle trails a few minutes away. Large garden, BBQ & outdoor dining. The Cottage is located on a small farm near Nelson. If you are looking for clean, comfortable accommodation, quiet but still near civilization, this is just for you. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. In tranquil rural surroundings, enjoy a glass of local wine on the deck and uninterrupted views of the night sky. The Cottage is well equipped and has everything you will need for a relaxing stay. An extra fee is charged to access the second bedroom if travelers are not a couple.

Compact stand alone semi rural country cottage amongst the fruit trees, Wi fi available ,situated 1km from Brightwater & only 15 minutes to Richmond. Close proximity to cycle trails. Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .
