Cozy EP cottage close to Main Street, the Stanley and Rocky Mountain National Park. 2 bedrooms 1 bath in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy downtown EP yet experience the wildlife of Estes. There is no smoking at the cottage either inside or out. If you, or one of your guests smoke please choose different accommodations. The cottage does have a garage/basement however parking in the garage is prohibited due to the tight fit.

The private courtyard with covered porch is a great place to enjoy and outdoor barbeque or s'mores over the firepit. If you choose to stay inside, smart tvs are available in the living room and master bedroom. The wood-burning fireplace with blower creates a cozy atmosphere. In the winter, a sledding hill is right outside!

Stay With Us & Walk to Town! Chickadee is a cozy and charming cottage with one bedroom (queen bed) and a fully equipped kitchen. We have seven cottages on our property of The River Rock Cottages and are conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5-miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. This cottage shares one interior wall with our Diamond Cottage (similar to a duplex).
