The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. The Wernig family built Wit’s End Lodge in 1999. After years of building custom log homes Bill and his family decided it was time to build their own.
