Schöne neue renovierte und komplett eingerichtete großzügige Apartment Wohnung (62qm) mit 2 getrennten Zimmern mit jeweils einem Doppelbett für maximal 4 Personen. Babybett kann gerne zusätzlich aufgestellt werden In gut erreichbarer Nähe (ca. 15 Minuten) vom Europark und Rulantica in Rust. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Lebensmittelgeschäft inkl. Bäckerei und einer Pizzeria. Bei Aufenthalten über 7 Tage, wird wöchentlich die Wäsche gewechselt Guter Autobahnanschluss und Haltestellen

Das Haus verfügt über drei Etagen und einer Wohnfläche von 140m2. Im EG befindet sich ein Flur und ein Gäste-WC, sowie ein Wohn.-und Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Wohnküche. Eine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Grill und eigenem Garten sind vorhanden. Im OG befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Das Highlight hier ist das große Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche und einer Badewanne. Im DG befindet sich noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett.

Das typische Schwarzwaldhaus von 1831 wurde 2021 liebevoll renoviert. Im barrierefrei zugänglichen Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein rollstuhlgerechtes Bad. Der große Wohn-/Koch-/Essbereich mit seinen lehmverputzten Wänden und Massivholzeinbauten steht im Mittelpunkt des Hauses. Im historischen Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein großes und zwei kleine Schlafzimmer. Ebenso befindet sich im Dachgeschoss ein gemütliches Bad. Vor der Spielwiese im Garten plätschert ein Bach vorbei. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.

In einem ehemaligen Pferdestall gelegen, versprüht diese nagelneue Wohnung ihren ganz besonderen Charme. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Boxspring-Betten (180x200) , in der Galerie befindet sich ein weiteres Boxspring-Bett (120x200). Die Wohnung ist ist mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
