Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

We have numerous walks on our doorstep, a 3 minute stroll to the River Severn and are a stone's throw from Llandinam Gravels Nature Reserve. We are also approximately 1 mile away from Plas Dinam Country House. It has a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed and large comfortable chairs - perfect for a short break or longer holiday. Our guest suite is ideally situated for those who wish to explore North Wales’ beautiful and picturesque mountains and coastal areas as well as experience adrenalin busting adventures such as the zip line, quarry karts and quarry flyer at Zip World Penrhyn Quarry in Bethesda, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub (optn) & Sea Views

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

Relaxing break near the Ceredigion coastal path

We have recently renovated a self contained annexe to a clean and comfortable place to stay. The annexe consists of a large open plan lounge & kitchen area, large bedroom, bathroom and an enclosed deck area in the garden. Please note despite airbnb overview making us look as if we are in the middle of a field, we are in fact on the side of quiet B Road. Train station in Bow Street is now open, a 10 minute walk away, we are happy to pick you up to save you the WALK!

Mountain Loft, Newport, Pembrokeshire

A cosy loft style room part of a traditional Welsh farmhouse on the mountain above the village of Newport Pembrokeshire . The loft has a small kitchenette under the stairs and a living bedroom in a loft, 1 king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is space to eat outdoors and an orchard for your private use including a hammock in the summer. In the heart of the Pembrokeshire National park with walks on the doorstep, 5 minutes walk from the village.
