This home sits on a very private point lot with 700 feet of water frontage. It was designed for multiple families with kids. The view is absolutely spectacular with water on 3 sides and views from almost every room in the house. It is roughly 3,000 square feet and has a additional 2,100 square feet of balconies and decks. There are two great rooms, one for the adults and a second for the kids. The upstairs has 20' vaulted ceilings throughout.

The American Dream is perched on a beautiful bluff offering dynamic water views and the Bankhead National Forest. Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We do have 63 steps down to our two slip dock where you can tie-up your own vessel during your stay. We are located on year round deep water.
