The Splash Pad is a perfect getaway for families and groups. Our goal is to bring people together for quality time so we created spaces that everyone will love: the (non heated) pool, hot tub, patio, volleyball net and horse shoes, fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, and a spacious living room with a 55in TV. Serene, nature-filled escape in Fennville. Vacation or just feel like you’re on vacay while you remote school/work from the woods. Modern 3 bd ranch on 10 tree-covered acres. Minutes from downtown Fennville & easy access to Saugatuck/Douglas & beaches. Above ground heated pool in season, hot tub, fire pit, playset. Two living rooms & open kitchen/dining. 35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and larger groups.

Within .4 miles are the two lakes, the famed Pere Marquette Beach and The Deck restaurant and bar which overlooks Lake Michigan.
