In one direction we have Royal Liverpool Golf Club and West Kirby beach, a 5-10 minute drive and in the opposite direction is New Brighton promenade, bustling with bars restaurants,fair, theatre and bowling alley. Or jump a bus to Liverpool City Centre right outside.

Orrysdale Road is just a 5 min walk from the beach, lake, prom & town centre. Also within a 5 min walk is a train station with trains to Liverpool (waterfront, arena etc) each 20 mins (20min train journey). There are 2 good sized and charming double bedrooms, & a single. The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
