Converted in Spring 2021 it offers light and airy first floor accommodation accessed via an external staircase. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for one vehicle. Designated outdoor space. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. With breathtaking views, and a great location Skylark is the perfect retreat. Hut-next-the-Sea: Beautiful coastal shepherd's hut

Ditch the car and explore Wells-next-the-Sea on foot, with a stunning shepherd's hut as your base. Fully insulated, double glazed, complimentary basket of logs. Deliciously comfy bed, en suite shower & WC, kitchenette, garden area, private parking, wood burner. Walk into town to see the working fishing boats, chic shops and restaurants. Or to the Coast Path to recharge on magical views over the salt marsh, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nestled in a corner of the Blue Skies Campsite.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

We welcome you to Westacre Cottage in the picturesque village of Binham. With wonderful views of the countryside, a great spot to sit back, relax & enjoy your stay. Just a short walk will take you to the Palour Cafe, The Little Dairy Shop & of course the impressive Benedictine Priory & ruins. Just a short stroll away to the village you will find the Village shop & the Chequers Pub. Situated on the North Norfolk coast, an ideal base for guests to explore the beaches & many local attractions.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

We welcome you to Barn Cottage in the picturesque village of Binham. Barn Cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside ,this property is perfectly situated for those who are hoping to escape all the stresses of daily life & enjoy a relaxing break away, full of country walks scenic bike rides & lovely meals in the quaint village pub only a 5 minute stroll away. Binham is only 2 miles away from the stunning north norfolk coast with many local attractions to visit.

Our annex sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. There is a kitchen but no lounge. There is a tv and a sofa in each bedroom. There is cot on the landing. There is a outside eating area with table and chairs. There is a BBQ and stunning views. There is a large garden which we share with you.
