Warkworth Good Life, Self-Contained Unit + Ensuite

An “eco-oasis” in the township of Warkworth for you to relax in a stylish bedroom and lounge accommodation with ensuite. However, there is now a building site next to the accommodation and there will be builders working between 7.30am and 5pm on weekdays and 8am and 1pm on Saturdays. There are coffee and tea making facilities, decent size fridge, crockery and cutlery but no cooking facilities or cooking permitted. 10 minutes walk to Warkworth township with restaurants and cafes.

Braemar Cottage - new, peaceful, stunning views!

Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

The Store | Matakana

Sept 2025 | The store has just had some upgrades to make your stay more comfortable while still in keeping with an upcycled rustic shed with simple ply interior, concrete floors covered with jute rugs and kilims, and a covered outdoor space to relax and bbq. A rustic country theme which will not suit guests wanting new and modern. Our linen bedding, hand loomed cotton towels, handmade ceramics and Real World products add some luxury. We have Starlink to enjoy Netflix and Apple TV.

Tranquil rural getaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close enough to all the shops, bars and restaurants in Warkworth and Matakana, but with the Te Aroroa trial (500 metres) and countryside on your doorstep. Less than 10 mins to Warkworth, 15 mins to Matakana with its vineyards & markets, close to Omaha beach and the beautiful Tawharanui Peninsula. A great base to explore this incredible area and then relax after a busy day of hiking, beaching & enjoying the local hospitality.

Welcome to your getaway. An expansive, lush property bordered by a stream and native trees with an extensive garden where you are welcome to wander and sit. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Cozy Unit close to Orewa Beach and shopping Center

A modern, new unit, with amazing views located in front of a beautiful small pasture with a few cows. Being a 200 meter short walk to the Silverdale shopping centre, many local restaurants and cafes, and all other facilities makes this an ideal location for a traveller to rest and recoup. You may also get out to explore Millwater, Stanmore Bay, the Silverdale Village and activities of Orewa beach.

Tranquil cabin close to Matakana and Warkworth

Wake up to birdsong at this private and quiet getaway, that has plenty of nearby activities and attractions. Visit the local vineyards, markets, restaurants, beautiful beaches and local walks. The cosy cabins are less than an hour North of Auckland tucked away at the base of the Dome Valley reserve which is 5 minutes drive from Warkworth and 15 minutes to Matakana.
