North Lodge is a charming/cozy 1890's gate house

North Lodge is a late 19th century gate house, belonging to the Guyzance Hall Estate. It has been fully refurbished bringing it up to modern standards, but still retaining its old charm. With a cozy wood burner, there is a spacious living room and a beautiful kitchen leading out on to a south facing court yard, with a large garden surrounding it, and its own drive. The cottage is situated at the east end of the small hamlet of Guyzance, close to Walkworth and the beautiful Northumberland coast.

Chollerton House is located in the hamlet of Chollerton and is set in its own grounds overlooking the river North Tyne which is just a hundred yards away across our own paddock. The flat is located on the first floor, affording lovely views on all sides, and has its own seperate access, assuring complete privacy. Chollerton lies only one mile north of the World Heritage site of Hadrian's Wall and the flat provides a charming and secluded base from which to explore beautiful Northumberland.

Coquet Way is a comfortable and newly decorated bungalow, in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of Warkworth village. It is a short walk along the river or by the castle, to the village where you will find independent shops, local pubs and restaurants. Coquet Way is also close to the many delights of Northumberland, including sandy beaches, impressive castles and stunning countryside.
