Bozion Barn - Views & Camel trail to Padstow

Completely away from it all, yet near to Padstow and Wadebridge, Bozion Barn lies in a delightful south-facing position above the River Camel valley with its cycle trail to the moors or Padstow. Its elevated position allows for views across the valley and a patchwork of fields and woods beyond. This traditional Cornish stone barn retains many of its former features. These include the original water wheel, low doorways, beams and millstones which all set off this historical gem. The cottage is beautifully furnished with a classical elegence and features its own private terrace for alfresco eating, private gardens and stream. With easy access to the North Cornish Coast and Camel Estuary you will never be short of something to do.

You can go on a steam train ride from Boscarne Junction and the renowned Camel Valley vineyard is with walking distance.

A lovely contemporary studio first-floor apartment, close to the centre of Wadebridge and famous Camel Trail. We are in a private lane, with off-road parking. A very comfortable space with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. Your own balcony facing S.W. Leather sofa to watch Smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime included that you can watch from the sofa or spin to watch in bed. Kitchen area, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and cafetiere.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
