Welcome to The Carriage House Living Quarters by RSJW Stables offering short term, long term and corporate housing! RSJW Stables offers free business class wireless high-speed Internet and ethernet services and business class amenities in a private urban oasis setting. Guests have access to copier/fax/scan & other office services. The building and mechanicals have been completely renovated, remodeled and updated. No pets allowed. No smoking or aerosol (vaping) devices of any type are allowed.

MOJO’S LOFT is a private studio with unique charm. Includes kitchen, bar top seating, dining table, sofa & recliner, queen bed, electric fireplace, patio, with small fenced in yard. Firepit by small pond on property. Close to numerous restaurants, walking trails, South Park, Mingo Park & Trax Farms. Trolley into Pittsburgh is two minutes away. Also consider our Lily Pad cabin (not pet friendly). And our new Jackson Hill Cabin (whole log cabin-style home), three bedrooms and pool table.
