Welcome to the Nation's Capitol! The Carriage House is part of a historic Capitol Hill property. It is a fully private studio (efficient “tiny home”), with separate entrance and contactless, keypad lock. The interior includes a queen bed, small table for two, and bathroom (no kitchen). Its location can't be beat with ample restaurants, transportation options, and places to explore! The Carriage House is a short 6-8 minute walk to the Eastern Market metro station (orange, blue, and silver lines).

The house is decorated with modern furnishings and amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware and the bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the bathroom has a full washer and dryer. A short walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and quick walk to Metro make getting around easy!

You’ll be close to everything, with the White House about a mile away and the National Mall within easy reach. 14th Street NW is just two blocks away, lined with restaurants, bars, boutiques, and grocery options. Whatever brings you to DC, our studio offers a welcoming home base right in the heart of it all.

Easy walk to Eastern Market too. Great launch spot for all that DC has to offer.
