This modern style unit is just a short, 2 block walk to Broadway and all of the famous honky tonk bars. It is also a 5 minute walk to Music City Center. The place comes with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, queen bed, and a futon couch for additional guests. Enjoy resort-style services and amenities: resort-style pool (open year-round), two-level gym (with a climbing wall!), and more. I have an assigned, gated parking spot available for $25/night (garage is attached to the building).

Owners live in a totally separate space in the back of the property who are available but are very respectful of your privacy. The house is not appropriate for children.
