Rookery Nook Digby, cosy cottage nr Lincoln

Luxury self catering accommodation on the border of the Lincolnshire limestone Heath and the Witham Valley. Centrally located at the heart of rural Lincolnshire, and only a 12 mile drive from the city of Lincoln. Rookery Nook is a beautifully converted Lincolnshire barn, bursting with character, the perfect location from which to explore this historic county. Situated on the very edge of the rural village of Digby, Rookery Nook forms one side of the original yard and stables of the Manor House.

Little Acres Apartment (near Belvoir Castle)

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

Self contained flat in idyllic country setting.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Glebe Acre Cottage

Unwind at our peaceful cottage, tucked away in a quiet Lincolnshire village. With easy access to the A1 just 3-4 minutes away leading to Grantham, Stamford to the South and Newark and York to the North. The village of Long Bennington (4 mins by car or 20 mins by foot over country paths - difficult in the dark / can be muddy) offers 3 pubs with food, 2 takeaways, a coop store, and cafe, with beautiful walks along the river Witham from the doorstep, a real retreat from the busy and hectic.

It is a comfortable and convenient stay for guests with an array of local attractions & eateries all within easy reach. A fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge, TV, dining area, and bedroom with attached WC. Hideaway Cottage is the perfect retreat. Parking is a 4 min walk away £3.50 for 24 hrs

School Cottage - Cute 1 bedroom Country Cottage

A cosy mid terraced 1 bedroomed cottage in the small village of Ewerby, near Sleaford. Ideally situated for weddings, sight seeing, or a romantic break in the country. The cottage features an open plan lounge & kitchen with log burner, smart TV, cooker, fridge/freezer & microwave. Winding stairs lead up to the luxurious & cosy bedroom with a standard double bed & en-suite shower room. This is a non smoking cottage & parking is on the street in this safe & peaceful village.

Lovely one bedroom apartment with amazing views

Unwind in our beautiful village in this lovely well appointed apartment with fabulous views. Close to the Vale of Belvoir with its miles of foot/cycle paths and Belvoir Castle with it shopping complex and a number of places to eat. Enjoy the local towns and their enthralling history, from the Romans through the Vikings and the civil war to WW2 bomber history. Being 1.5 miles from the A1 makes it an easy area to find and enjoy.

Relaxing, warm, quiet & cosy !

The Wash house is a beautiful detached stone built countryside retreat perfect for couples. It was built around the 1850’s along with many other properties in the village by the Brownlow family, and in the day it was used for the villagers to come and wash. It sits within our garden, enjoying far reaching views, in a conservation village, with a super village church again enjoying the Lincolnshire countryside views.
