Our 3 BR, 2.5 bath home is close to downtown Chattanooga (14 mi) Ruby Falls & Rock City (7Mi), Lookout Mnt hang gliding park (1Mi) ,Covenant College( 5Mi ),Cloudland Canyon( 10Mi). You’ll love the breathtaking views and sunsets from the 2 rear decks. Master has a King bed and attached bath with a tub, 2nd BR a Queen, 3rd bdrm has 2 twins. There is a gas grill and dining table on the deck. * No smoking or pets allowed for the comfort of all our guests. Min age to rent is 25 per our insurance.

NEW BUILD 2024! Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin tucked back in the woods with a front porch overlooking a pond. The cabin offers two bedrooms. The master downstairs has a queen bed and a bathroom. The large bedroom upstairs has a queen and bunk beds that have a double and a single bed. The open concept living / kitchen space has a sitting area and a dining room table. The vaulted ceiling has a loft for TV viewing, games, and relaxing. (The cabin is 8 min from Covenant College.)

The Blue Cottage is nestled in the woods atop beautiful, historic Lookout Mountain. A nature getaway. It comfortably accomodates 2 people. Within walking distance of the Lookout Mountain Flight Park (hang gliding) and within an easy 7-8 mile drive to Rock City, Point Park and Ruby Falls. Cloudland Canyon State Park is just down the road and offers wonderful hiking trails and waterfalls. Pets are allowed. Prior approval and pet fee is required. It overlooks the hang glider landing zone so you can watch the gliders and planes from the patio or raised porch! The home is well stocked and is located only 2 minutes from the flight park, 10 minutes from Cloudland Canyon, 10 minutes from Trenton, 10 minutes from Covenant College and 20 Minutes from the edge of Chattanooga (St Elmo).

Cabin Number two is a cozy cabin. Enjoy a front porch swing and rockers. Relax and unwind while still be closing to local attractions. The cabin offers three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a sitting area, bedroom 2 has a full bed and a twin bed, bedroom 3 has a twin bed. The living room offers a pull out couch and an additional couch. The living room offers an electric fireplace. The living room has a little desk area. The back porch also has a washer/dryer in back room.

Welcome to our very quiet and lovely neighborhood, our cozy house is located on 5 acres off of a private road. Forest and pasture with plenty of space between neighbors. Our 4 BR house is a wonderful place for families. The pool is closed for the off season of OCT- MAY. Garage and apartment above garage are not included in the rental, occasionally this apartment is owner occupied, it has it's own deck and separate entrance, your privacy will be well respected during your stay.
