Sleeping Bear Cabin is nestled away in a private mountain community that has it's own lake and just a two minute drive to the New River at the entrance of the community. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.

Out of the Blue Cabin, A Mountain Escape

Out of the Blue Cabin cabin is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin located in quaint West Jefferson, NC. With stunning views, Out of the Blue Cabin is the perfect little getaway spot to relax and unwind from life's demands. It comfortably sleeps 5-6 (5 in beds and can accomodate an additional sleeper on the couch in the living room), has a fully functioning kitchen, gas grill, WiFi, TV, all with a rustic mountain feel. Bed linens, towels, washer and dryer are included in your stay.

Carter’s Hill Cottage - 3 miles from Twickenham

Carter’s Hill Cottage sits on two acres and is only three miles from the Twickenham House. Enjoy the sun coming over the mountain while you sip on a hot coffee while sitting on our fully covered front porch. The cottage is only minutes from the towns of Jefferson and West Jefferson with a view of Mt. Jefferson (4665 ft) in front of the cottage and Phoenix Mtn to the rear of the cottage. Although you are so close to all the fun, you are secluded with no neighbors in view.

Comfortable home within easy walking distance to historic downtown West Jefferson. Enjoy all the town has to offer without getting in to your car. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Full amenities, WiFi, smart TV (stream your subscriptions, watchTV Plus or Netflix), Keurig, kitchen staples. No pets, no smoking or vaping. There are outdoor cameras. This two bedroom two bath loft has a large master suite and two queen beds. There is a fully-equipped kitchen for those who love to cook. We are one to two blocks from restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffee shops, cafes, galleries, shops, parks, the farmers market, and a first-run movie theater.

Jefferson State Park where you can find beautiful trails. Local cheese factory for tours and tastings. Check yourself in with ease using keypad on front door. Short walk to Breweries and restaurants. This property doesn’t allow pets.
