The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Beautifully situated just above Lake Semerwater in Raydale , the quietest valley in Upper Wensleydale. Perfect for walkers, fishing & paddle boarding on the lake In its own grounds away from the lane, entirely private & south facing, the old mill stream runs alongside, the house has amazing views and is a haven for bird life which gathers on the lake shore.

Honeysuckle Shepherd’s Hut w/ Hot Tub and T/court

Off Grid shepherd’s hut with a wood fired hot tub and tennis court in the picturesque village of Potto, near Swainby. The perfect weekend getaway for 2 with stunning views of the North Yorks moors and a wood burner. This hut is cosy, warm and comfortable. The shepherd’s hut has a hot shower, working gas stove and a mini fridge. There’s a separate private composting loo. And during the summer you may use the tennis court just a short walk through the orchard. There is no electricity in the hut.

Brand new stone built cottage with beautiful arched windows, and countryside views situated between the towns of Barnard Castle and Richmond near Teesdale and The Yorkshire Dales. The property has close links to the A1 and A66 making a perfect location to explore the local area. High force, Hamsterley Forest, Eggleston Abbey are all within a short commute. Whilst local beaches, and the Lake District are within an hour's drive. The property sleeps up to 6 adults in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Haven Cottage is a self contained detached 2 bed stone cottage in rural Cotherstone near Barnard Castle. You have exclusive use. Set on a quiet lane, the converted stable overlooks open meadows. Outside is a patio garden & furniture. Enter via a double height dining hall, to an open plan kitchen and living room, traditionally furnished with exposed beams and deep window recesses. Downstairs is a large bathroom (bath & walk in power shower). Upstairs two large bedrooms with reading chairs.

The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

Based in beautiful Swaledale, Tree Tops is a unique property set in its own totally private little forest within a large secluded garden. You will actually feel like you are in the trees. Once you arrive, you can disconnect from your busy lives and reconnect with nature and your loved one. If you love walking, cycling or simply sitting in the hot tub listening to the trees and bird watching, this is the place to relax and unwind. Amazing walks are right from the doorstep.

Croft Farm Shepherd's Hut, Hardraw, Pennine Way

Spend a night in Hardraw, in the Yorkshire Dales. This wonderfully crafted shepherds hut is located on a working farm, with sheep, cattle, hens and pigs. Also, home to the local working sheepdog demonstration team. Located in a small village on the Pennine Way; the renowned Hardraw force, England's highest waterfall is a 5 minute stroll. The Green Dragon Inn is less than 5 minutes walk. The small market town of Hawes is a 20 minute walk, with plenty of shops and pubs.

The Cottage at Wilson House

Delightful farm cottage amidst beautiful rolling countryside. Located beside owner's home but retaining an element of privacy. Private luxury spa hot tub for guests use with outside seating area and BBQ. Ample on site parking. Comfortably furnished throughout with full central heating & en-suite bathrooms. Located 10 miles from Richmond and 5 miles from Barnard Castle. Durham, York, Newcastle and the Lake District are approximately each an hours drive away.

Luxury, romantic, boutique shepherd's hut on a smallholding in between the villages of Barton and Middleton Tyas near Richmond, North Yorkshire. We only have one hut, making it a very private, peaceful and exclusive retreat. Nestled in a beautiful dell, surrounded by trees, it overlooks a duck pond and the remains of the old stone limekilns. Plenty of wildlife for nature lovers including a flock of friendly rare breed sheep, hens, rabbits, and owls.
