Our Grade II listed lodge, built in 1779, is extremely unique and has undergone a sympathetic restoration to bring it back to its former glory. It is single storey and has been generously furnished and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic luxury, self catered getaway. The Lodge has a large lawned private garden with a patio, furniture and wonderful views. It is set in the beautiful village of Brattleby in rural Lincolnshire just 10 minutes drive from the historic city of Lincoln.

Charming flat in lovely rural location

Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The openplan living space and kitchen has everything that you need and the bedroom has plenty of storage and a nice comfortable bed. Lovely rural escape

New for 2021 we have our converted shipping container lodge. Perfect for this years holiday as it is completely self contained in the middle of fields. This is a 4 person lodge, (suitable for 2 adults and small 2 children as the sofa bed is small double bed) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom. Also own hot tub. Please note the garden of the lodge backs straight onto horses fields which there may be horses in during your stay

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.

A comfortable and relaxing bolt hole in the Lincolnshire wolds, ideally situated between Lincoln, Louth and Grimsby. Lovely walks on the doorstep along the Viking Way across the wolds. Market Rasen racecourse is 10 minutes away. It would suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
